A: Yes! Our banners carry a three-year warranty, our FibreFlex hardware carries an eight-year warranty, and our Carpenter Decorations carry a five-year warranty. Our warranty does not cover hang-down banners, pennant banners, or banners with wind-slits. Banners must also be installed on our bracketing systems or an approved bracketing system to hold warranty.
Q: Which fabric is your highest quality?
A: Our Digital MainStreet Fabric is our highest-quality fabric for banners. This is due to its high durability, image quality, and lifespan. We are the only banner manufacturer in the country that carries it, setting us apart from our competitors. We also Print on Sunbrella (Marine Acrylic) and heavy-duty 18oz Vinyl.
Q: How long does it take to receive banners after ordering?
A: After ordering, your banners will typically ship within three weeks. This time varies based on production.
Q: Are banners printed front/back?
A: Yes, all our banners are printed front and back.
Q: Do your banners have wind slits?
A: No, we do not do wind slits unless it is requested. Wind slits will void the warranty of the banners.
Q: Do I need to choose a stock design, or can we customize the banners?
A: Our graphic artists can create your vision with customization to any of our banners. If you would like to choose a stock option, we have hundreds to choose from.
ART QUESTIONS
Q: Will I have to come up with the banner designs myself?
A: No, we have a skilled graphic arts team that will help create all your banner designs.
Q: How much is the cost for graphic artwork?
A: Our graphic artists will customize anything you would like for FREE for the first five mock-ups. After four edits, it will be $50 per edit.
Q: Can I give you a photo to use in the banner?
A: Yes, our graphic artists can add your high-resolution photos to any of our digitally printed banners.
FIBREFLEX HARDWARE QUESTIONS
Q: What material are your rods made of?
A: We use fiberglass rods, they provide some give to the wind, which prolongs the life of the banner.
Q: Are your FibreFlex bracket sets included with the cost of the banners?
A: The FibreFlex bracket sets are priced separately from the banners.
Q: What are the options I have when choosing FibreFlex bracket sets?
A: We have five options…Our Adjustable FibreFlex III set, FibreFlex II set, FibreFlex I set, FibreFlex LL, and spring-loaded bracket sets.
